Overview:

  • Who Do We Usually Work With? Are you a Potential Client?

We work with business owners and executives of small businesses, as well as, new-born entrepreneurs. Our clients are usually companies that employ fewer than 50 employees and do not have the support of a professionally trained management team nor the staff of employees to take on peripheral projects. We are here to provide the expertise needed to confront the challenges associated with owning a business and more importantly, developing a project. Think of us as the department down the hall. Whatever department the company doesn't have, you take it to the SmartWORKS who will take care of the task.

The challenges that SmartWORKS clients face are as different as the businesses they own and manage, and as diverse as the industries in which they operate.

Regardless of the particular stage of the business’ life cycle that our clients may find themselves in — be it start-up, growth, mature, decline, or an exit target date â€”the continual challenges of providing an adequate return on capital invested, growing revenues, and building value in their respective businesses remain top priorities.

We’vepartnered with the best in the industry to help you make your idea a reality. In nutshell, a business incubator’s main purpose is listening to your idea and, if deemed feasible, taking care of doing everything to launch the project. Once the project is launched, its management is given back to you while our team supports you along the way by providing you with advice and "mentoring" your management team. For example, imagine you are an "idea person", and you are sure your ideas are worth a million dollar. You would love to implement the last one but there are some barriers that stand between you and your dream.

First, you may have no idea where to start. The idea of doing everything from scratch is overwhelming. Second, you currently have a good job, with a descent salary and you cannot imagine leaving your bread providing 9 to  5to embark in an adventure that might end up being a dead end.

Finally, you can't afford to invest your own money as an initial capital to start the adventure. Every day, millions of ideas are generated in the people’s minds. Unfortunately, only a minimal percentage of them are turned into a revenue generating business. Ideas are just ideas until actions are taken. That first step toward implementation is critical. Forbes has a great article about it. Click here to read it.
