We will quick-start your mentoring program with an initial 1 hour discovery and "get to know" session. This meeting can be held in person or on the phone or via a web meeting, depending on location and preference. In this session we will review your business plan and actions required to achieve your business objectives. We will get acquainted with your business and ask you whatever questions we need to understand your business and its objectives. We will address any questions you have about running a small business. We will mutually design a mentoring program that is customized to your needs.

We will agree on an initial 90 day action plan and then set a weekly schedule for the 4 half-hour sessions per month. These sessions are typically done on the phone or via a web meeting.

In addition to our regularly scheduled sessions you will receive email support to answer any immediate questions for your business depending on the frequency and importance of the issues at hand. Decision on the email support will be made on a case by case basis.

In this session we will review your business plan and actions required to achieve your business objectives. We will address any questions you have about running a business. It is your business and we will mutually design a mentoring program that is customized to your needs.

We will agree on an initial 90 day action plan and then set a weekly schedule for the 4 hour long sessions per month. These sessions are conducted on the phone or via a web meeting.

In addition to our regularly scheduled sessions you will receive unlimited email support to answer any immediate questions for your business.
